NexuseQ offers a straightforward returns process so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your item arrives, as long as it's unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, contact us at support@nexuseq.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact support@nexuseq.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
